  I had gone to get a check up , some blood work, and a script to get an ultra sound for my thyroid. The front office was very rude to a patient that came in before me but was nice to me, so I minded my business and waited to be called in for my appointment. When it came time to getting my results back, the receptionist called me a couple of times but I could not answer due to the fact that I was at work. When I called the number back and told them my name , the woman at the front desk screamed, "I called you three times today, THREE times today and you did not answer." I apologized to her stating that I was at work and did not recognize the number. She then put me through to Dr. Wininger. I had some questions regarding my blood test and he was extremely rude and condescending. He acted as if I was out of line asking questions and spoke horribly to me. I hung up the phone extremely upset that a doctor that gets paid a lot of money through MY insurance did not want to take the time to be nice to me and explain what I was asking. I was also extremely upset that a front desk associate, or anyone working in a customer service oriented position, would be so rude as to reprimand me for not being able to answer my phone. I do not recommend a doctor or an office that would treat their patients so poorly. I will not be returning.
